I would like to thank Elias for the great job he did regarding the stripping and re-sealing of our tiles. When I first contacted him to enquire as to what my options were to ‘fix’ my tiles, I was highly disillusioned with the tiles and how they wore. I was convinced that the tiles were damaged and was ready to have them chopped up, the under tile heating and tiles replaced. He explained that the tiles only needed to be stripped and re-sealed and that they were not damaged. I wasn’t really convinced, but he arranged for me to view another client’s tiles before and after stripping and re-sealing. That convinced me, and I’m very happy that I decided to go that route. He even managed to fit the work into the dates when the family (and the dogs) weren’t at home.
